Jean McFarland - A Friend To Animals

Animals and people lost a good friend recently.  As a professional speaker, I met Jean McFarland through the National Speakers Association (NSA).  In the course of getting to know her, I came to understand her deep love of animals.  Jean made our world a better place and focused her speaking on the prevention of bullying.  I had not realized the depth of that problem prior to meeting this grand lady.

She cared deeply for animals and not too long ago lost her chow named Drucker.  Her husband noted in the Caringbridge site that it only took Jean four weeks to go from health to hospice.  I wanted to acknowledge the difference she made for me in this note.  Rest in peace Jean.

What a touching tribute to a special lady. Well done. I am sure she made a big difference for animals and people. May Jean rest in peace and may her family be comforted by warm memories of her.
